Venue Hire – Training and Meeting Rooms

Master Builders can offer affordable venue hire options for both members and non members. Our training rooms are suitable for meetings, seminars, corporate events, product launches, workshops, training purposes, or any event where you are looking for some space. All our rooms are equipped with AV facilities, and can be configured to your requirements.

Catering can be arranged at all venues. Morning teas with cakes, fruit and pastries, lunches of hot food or sandwiches and wraps, or menus of your own creations. Please ensure to request catering when booking a venue if you would like to include this option.

Discounts apply on all bookings for our valued members.

East Melbourne – 332 Albert Street

Located on the fringe of Melbourne’s central business district, the Master Builders Head Office holds 5 training rooms, a fully functioning commercial kitchen and a breakout area with kitchenette facilities in a large break-out area.  If you are after a larger space, Room 1 and 2 can be opened up for large seminars, workshops or corporate events, with the option of catering available. There are several parking options including metered on-street and nearby Wilsons Parking, and the venue is easily accessible by tram and trains, with the closest stations being Jolimont and Parliament.

South Melbourne – 49 Brady Street

At our South Melbourne venue, the Building Leadership Simulation Centre (BLSC), we offer a brand new venue with an ergonomic environment filled with natural light and climate controlled rooms. Two training rooms, the simulation centre and our manual handling warehouse are all available for hire at highly competitive rates. Master Builders’ membership discounts apply. Ballarat – 14 Albert Street, Sebastapol

Located in an easy to access part of town, the Ballarat office holds a recently refurbished room which can be arranged for training days, workshops, seminars or meetings. The room holds approx 15-20 people, depending on the required set up of the room. You can view venue photos by clicking here.
