MBTI COVID-19 Update – 7 October 2021

Master Builders Victoria continues to be committed to providing quality training and professional development opportunities to our industry. Keeping our team, students and community safe is our topmost priority.

Master Builders Training Institute (MBTI) will continue to deliver virtual training using the Zoom platform and our Learning Management System where possible, with the exception of Construction Induction Training (CIT/White Card). The delivery of Construction Induction Training (CIT/White Card) is deemed an essential adult and higher education service, and therefore scheduled classes will continue to be delivered face-to-face at our East Melbourne facility

Attending Master Builders Victoria facilities for education and training

All individuals attending our facilities are required to obtain an authorised worker/study permit. Permits will be authorised by Master Builders Training Institute for individuals attending training.

As of 15 October 2021, all attendees on site must have received a first COVID-19 vaccine dose and must provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status prior to attendance. Once the state reaches 80% vaccinated, all students are required to be fully vaccinated to attend onsite learning. Evidence of vaccination status (or medical exception evidenced by an authorised medical practitioner) will be required upon entry into a training class.
