This is the first course in a three-tier leadership program; after attending this course, participants can enrol in the Leadership Essentials course and the High-Performance Site Management course.
This is the first course in the Three Tier Leadership Program. It supersedes and is equivalent to the Communication Essentials course.
For learners coming from construction company graduate programs, we recommend the following training sequence of the Three Tier Leadership Program:
- Level 1 should be trained in the first few months of their graduate program.
- Level 2 should be trained 4-6 months after Level 1.
- Level 3 should be trained toward the end of their graduate program, when they have 1-2 years of experience as a site supervisor/similar.
For the best learning outcomes we recommend undertaking each course in the program in order, leaving yourself 6-9 months between each course to solidify your learning in your workplace. Enrolment into individual courses is also possible.
