This course is delivered and assessed by Master Builders Association of Victoria (RTO no 3935). On successful completion of all course requirements, including assessment and attendance, students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment by Master Builders Association of Victoria (RTO no 3935).
Course Overview
This course is suitable if you are a qualified tradesperson, registered builder, site manager, construction manager or other building professional involved in planning onsite construction work.
This course covers planning low rise construction work, including developing project schedules. It also teaches you how to implement a quality assurance system and continuous improvement processes, and how to select, procure and store construction materials. You will gain skills and knowledge to:
- Plan on-site activities, employ human resources and obtain physical resources
- Enhance project outcomes by contributing to quality planning, applying quality policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in projects
- Supervise the systems through which construction materials are typically selected, acquired and stored on site for residential and commercial building and construction projects
