For those enrolled in Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building), Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), Certificate III Work Health & Safety or Certificate IV Work Health & Safety, you will be required to bring your own device such as a laptop or tablet to class. Ensure your device meets the following minimum requirements: G3, i5 processor 8gb RAM with a 256GB Hard Drive. You can access the Learning Management System with all Apple and Android devices to view your course resources. You can also complete assignments using one of these devices, but you will need Office 365 or Microsoft Word installed on the device to complete the Assignment’s Word document.
Important: Apple’s word processing software, Pages, is incompatible with our Microsoft Word assessment documents. Master Builders Victoria recommends using a desktop, laptop or Microsoft tablet (with a current version of Microsoft® Word) when completing an assessment or uploading files.
